Help a fellow blogger out? A quick poll.

I need a little help from my blog world!
I'm currently working on some menu planning for a series of cooking classes I'm teaching in the next couple of months.
Right now, I have a few ideas about class themes, but I would love to get some outside input!

If you could learn how to cook any type of cuisine, what would it be?

Some of the ideas I've come up with are Autumn meals, Thai cuisine, French cookery, and Holiday tapas and treats.

I'd love feedback on those ideas and any others you may have!

Thanks in advance :)

  1. I would love to learn how to cook authentic Italian dishes.

I know it's not "cooking", but I would also love to take a class to learn how to make sushi.

You could always do holiday inspired dishes for Thanksgiving as well!

I would so love to take a cooking class!

  2. I LOVE the tapas idea because I am always wracking my brain trying to think of something to bring to cocktail parties/holiday parties. I can never think of something that is easy, but makes me look like I really know what I'm doing in the kitchen.

I also like the idea of learning how to make Southern Comfort Food. I love the hearty meals, but they seem like such a bear to try to tackle :-/

  3. I like the Thanksgiving idea! What about easy Thanksgiving recipes for first-time-hosting cooks? When I cooked for the first time last year it just didn't come out like Mom's.

  5. If it's going to be this time of year, holiday favorites would be what I'd want to learn. Dishes for thanksgiving, christmas eve, christmas morning, new years eve party. With drinks too!
    And post some here PLEASE!
