Here are a few things I've been working on lately!
These are my favorite new creation--pumpkin, sausage, and cheese stuffed mushrooms. So great for fall!
Yesterday, I catered my husband's office lunch. Just in case you ever wondered what 20 lbs of raw pork looks like.
The same pork, after roasting for 6 hours.
I also made a slaw of cabbage, carrots, onion, and jicama for the pulled pork sandwiches.
Next were mini peppers stuffed with cheese, bacon, and herbs. This photo is before they were baked.
These were dangerously good- peanut putter brownies with peanut butter-vanilla frosting.
Stupid good!

Everything looked great but my weakness would have would have been the stuffed mushrooms!!!! And after seeing those pictures, I would not have minded lunch like this.
