3 Different Meals, (almost) the same ingredients

After the wedding I catered this weekend, my fridge has quite a few left overs.  Pretty awesome for my grocery bill, not so awesome for meal variation.  I'm really just trying to use it all up before it goes bad!  Here are a few things I made today from (almost) the same ingredients.

Spinach, cucumber, red onion, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, feta cheese, toasted pine nuts, olive oil, and Italian herbs make for a fresh and delicious salad.

The very same ingredients, with the addition of whole wheat capellini noodles took a yummy salad and turned it into a more filling Italian pasta salad.

And, for dinner, topped it with left over, sliced flank steak--yum!
